About Bonjour French

Meet your hosts
Anne-Claire, a native French speaker and dedicated teacher, founded Bonjour French UK to bring families together through joyful language immersion. She is lovingly assisted by Cocorico, the program's energetic rooster mascot. Together, they create a dynamic learning environment where French is discovered through stories, play, and cultural adventure, making every lesson a celebration for the whole family.

We use catchy, original songs and classic French rhymes to make pronunciation and vocabulary memorable. From "Alouette" to our own "Hérisson" song, children learn the rhythm of the language without even realizing they're learning!
Captivating Stories
Our weekly storybooks are carefully chosen to introduce new themes and vocabulary. We don't just read the story; we bring it to life with props, voices, and interaction, fostering a lifelong love of reading.
Playful Games
Learning is disguised as fun! We use movement-based games, and hands-on activities to reinforce new words. Whether we're pretending to be animals in the woods or finding hidden colours, play is our most powerful teaching tool.
